Sheldon D. Hosen, 77, of New Haven, died December 17, 2016. He leaves his adoring family, wife Katherine Rees, son Benjamin Rees, daughters Jane Rebecca Rees and Sara Elizabeth Rees, Raymond Neal and sons, Elizabeth Chin, Benin Gardner, Thomas Hosen, Diana Hosen and Robert Catalde, the Isaiah Gallagher-Rees familyand his chosen sons and family. He was a graduate of Pierson College and University of Chicago Law School, practiced law and was an active member of the New Haven community until his death.

The family will welcome friends at home on Thursday and Friday, December 22nd and 23rd, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Please join us for a gathering to remember Shelly on Sunday, February 19th from 3-5pmat the Whitney Arts Center, 591 Whitney Avenue, New Haven.
