Ruth Beecher Lamont, 103, beloved wife of the late George Andrew Lamont Sr

passed away peacefully September 9th. She was a lifelong resident

of Woodbridge and lived in the house she was born in for 101 years.

Ruth was a talented artist and accomplished piano player. She was kind,

gentle and generous. Her greatest joy was her family, home, animals

and nature. She will be dearly missed. Ruth leaves two sons, George Andrew Jr and wife Helene, James Alfred and wife Roselyn. Grandchildren George Andrew Lamont the 3rd, Elizabeth Lamont Harris and husband Jason, James Beecher Lamont and wife Louisa. Great grandchildren Lena, Cole and Nathaniel Harris and James Lamont.
