Anderson, Richard Allen – born in Bridgeport, CT on May 11,

1937, died in his home in Claremont, NH, formerly of Madison,

CT, on December 1, 2017. He is predeceased by his loving wife,

Rosemarie, of 42 years, his son, Richard Anderson, wife, Delia,

Grandson, Christopher, granddaughter, Nicole, son, Robert of

Anderson Brothers Sanitation, his wife, Ellen, grandsons, Dean

And Drew, and son, Vincent of Anderson Brothers Sanitation, his

wife Karen, granddaughter, Rachel, and grandson, Nicholas.

Richard attended school until the seventh grade and worked

Various jobs before serving for six years in the United States

Army. Upon leaving the army he graduated from Eli Whitney

Technical School as a tool and die maker. Richard ran R.

Anderson & Sons Trucking and North Madison Garage. He

Eventually worked as a tool and die maker and retired from

Pratt & Whitney in 1991. Upon retirement, Richard enjoyed

Spending time at his family camp in Unity, NH, dealing antiques,

And nonstop "fiddle sticking" on various projects. For the last

14 years, he spent time with his companion, Kathy MacDonald

Of Claremont, New Hampshire and their pug, Puggers. Kathy

was his primary caregiver during his illness, for which his family

is forever grateful. In lieu of flowers, please send monetary
