Phyllis D. Kebabian, 93, of Old Saybrook, formerly of New Haven and Hamden died April 6, 2016. She was the wife of the late John Paton Kebabian who she married in 1950 and is survived by daughters Linda Cameron, and Marcella Kebabian, a son John P. Kebabian Jr., sisters Winifred D. Pannebakker, Lois D. Bailey and June D. Liverance and three grandchildren, Joshua, Ellen and Phoebe Kebabian. She was born in West Haven March 20, 1923, attended art school in Hartford and became a commercial artist for various newspapers and stores. She was a member of the Brush and Pallet Club and the Guilford Handcraft Center. She had attended St. Thomas Episcopal Church and Trinity Church on the Green in New Haven.

Funeral services will be held at the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven Saturday morning at 10:00. Friends may call at the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven Friday (today) from 4-7pm. Interment will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
