FINE, JUDITH ANN

Judith Ann Fine died peacefully on June 22, 2018 at the age of 80, after a brief illness.Loving mother of Stephanie Fine Sullenger (J. Bard) and the late Deborah Ann Fine, beloved grandmother to Whitney Hayes, Hadley Moore & J. Bard Sullenger.Born Judith Ann Moore, she was predeceased by her loving parents John H. & Mary Jane Moore of Chicago, IL, and her dear brother, Brett Frederick Moore.Judie thrived in her career as a data management & research associate, first with the Yale School of Epidemiology & Public Health, then with the University of Connecticut.Her work & her many co-workers throughout those years filled her life with great joy, meaning & purpose.She was a most wonderful mother, a passionate gardener, an environmental advocate, and self-described as a "Yankee with mid-western overtones".She worked tirelessly with many local organizations & causes including the Killingworth Library and the Guilford Keeping Society.She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
