Obituary

Dolores (Dolly) Levi Muolo passed peacefully at CT Hospice on January 15 surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 17, 1931 in New Haven and was the widow of Peter B. Muolo and daughter of the late Florence Pascale and Louis Levi. Dolores was a lifelong resident of New Haven, a graduate of Hillhouse High School and was a licensed beautician. She is survived by her brother Hal Levi (Audrey), daughters Lisa and Gina Vegliante, step daughters Rose Clini and Anna Ingram, 3 grandsons and several nieces and nephews. Dolores was the consummate cook and was the happiest at home when preparing meals for others to enjoy. She found joy in reaching out to those less fortunate and always gave of herself. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be deeply missed. The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at hospice for their care and compassion.

A mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph's Church, New Haven Tuesday morning at 10:00. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd. Branford, 06405. Arrangements are with the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, 493 Whitney Ave., New Haven.
